Your support of our locally-owned business (and the local birds) hasn't gone unnoticed. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Every time you shop with us, whether in-person or online, you can rest assured that you're getting the right bird foods and feeders specifically for the birds in our area. We're proud to provide expert advice to help you bring the joy of bird feeding into your backyard.

Our top priority is to provide a safe environment for you and our staff. Here's what to expect when you come in to shop:

Face Masks Required: All customers must wear a face mask when entering the store. If you don't have one, we'll provide a free paper mask. If you are unable to wear a mask, curbside pickup, home delivery, and on-line ordering are still available (see below). In addition, our staff will also use face masks. 

Maximum 6 Customers in Store at One Time: We will observe social distancing policies by limiting the number of people in the store at any one time. We also ask that shoppers maintain a distance of at least 6' from others while in the store. We appreciate your patience if you are asked to wait a few minutes before entering the store.

Best Times to Shop: To avoid delays, it is best to visit the store when it is least crowded. These times include:

  • Monday - Friday:  Store hours are 10am - 6pm.  Least busy time is after 3pm
  • Saturday:  Store hours are 9am - 6pm.  Least busy times are 9 am - 10 am AND after 3 pm
  • Sunday:  Store hours are 10am - 4pm.  Least busy times are 10 am - 11 am AND after 2 pm

Store Cleaning Policies: During daily operations, our staff will wipe down high-touch areas such as door handles, shopping cart handles and the checkout counter on a regular basis. A more thorough cleaning will occur after we close each day.

Hand Sanitizer: Please take advantage of the hand sanitizers located at the front of the store and at the registers.

Credit Card Machines: Our credit card machines no longer require a signature.

Curbside Pickup / Home Delivery: If you're not comfortable shopping in-store, you can keep your feeders filled by ordering online at www.mywbu.com/middletown for curbside pickup or home delivery. You can also call us at (732) 671-3155 to place your order.
